YPP: Individual Responsibility & Professional Development
Yesterday, we kicked off this year’s Young Patrons Program with the first of four seminars, offering our patron companies the opportunity to nominate one of their “next-generation leaders” to expand their network and learn from industry experts.
The first seminar titled, Individual Responsibility & Professional Development, featured Tom Johnstone, Chair of the Board at Husqvarna, Combient, and Wärtsilä, alongside Katarina Gospic, neuroscientist and Founder of Brainbow Lab, as our distinguished guests and speakers. They shared insights on personal growth, leadership and how our brains work when we make decisions. In a time of uncertainty and AI our speakers gave our young patrons tips on how to use hard times and technological developments to your advantage.
We extend our gratitude to our speakers for generously sharing their expertise, and to the team at NatWest/Nordisk Renting for hosting us.
