UK Government: Erasmus+ programme
The UK will rejoin the Erasmus+ programme in 2027, opening up fantastic opportunities for collaboration between the UK and Sweden.
Some highlights include:
Swedish students, including PhD students, can spend up to a year at a British institution or undertake traineeships—and British students can do the same in Sweden.
Vocational trainees can participate in workplace exchanges or skills competitions.
Teaching staff will have opportunities for exchanges and job shadowing.
This is a great step for strengthening UK–Sweden connections in education, research, and skills development.
