The Human Algorithm: The Future of Work, Power and Purpose in the Age of AI

  • Cirio Biblioteksgatan 9 (map)

Work is being reinvented — but by whom, and for whose benefit? As AI reshapes industries and powerful voices push back against hard-won workplace freedoms, senior leaders face a defining question: are we making deliberate choices about the future, or simply accepting logics that seem beyond our control?

This session brings together leading thinkers in social research, neuroscience and technology policy to cut through the noise. Nina Bozic, IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute, Katarina Gospic — Neuroscientist, physician and founder of Brainbow Lab — and Moa Tivell, AI Sweden will share perspectives from the frontlines of how work, technology and human behaviour are evolving. This session will be expertly moderated by Ian Richardson, Stockholm Business School.

Expect challenging questions, honest debate, and — crucially — practical insight when it comes to navigating change in an increasingly uncertain world. The future of work is not inevitable. It is a choice.
