Annika is one of Sweden’s most respected economists, with a long career in macroeconomics. She joined Nordea in 1995 and has served as the bank’s Chief Economist since 2008. She is a board member of Lund University School of Economics, Vice-Chair of the Swedish Economics Association, and a board member of the Nordic Museum and the Hans Dalborg Foundation for Banking and Finance Research. In 2012, she was named Swedish Banking Personality of the Year by Privata Affärer.
