Companies may expect success in e-business in Sweden. Sales to private people over the thresholds imply to register for VAT. In Sweden, the threshold is quite low: 320 000 sek per year (approx 34 000 euros). It means that companies selling goods over this amount must register in Sweden and invoice Swedish VAT. In some cases, it might be useful to register, just for sales policy reasons, it might ease the business.
